Why focus on investing in real estate as opposed to “more popular” investments rather than crypto, forex or stocks?

In this week’s podcast, we have the second chapter 2 of the Simple Passive Cash Flow book where we talk about real estate as a source of cashflow.

Real estate can provide genuine cash flow for investors because it generates income from rental payments or profits from the sale of properties.

When you purchase a rental property, you can generate rental income from tenants who pay you rent regularly. 

You can generate a positive cash flow as long as the rent covers the costs of maintaining the property, such as mortgage payments, property taxes, and repairs.

Moreover, real estate investments can appreciate over time, which means the property can increase in value and provide additional profit if you sell it. This combination of rental income and appreciation can make real estate a powerful investment vehicle for generating cash flow and building wealth.
