The Democratic Republic of Congo's electoral commission has postponed a long-anticipated presidential vote - scheduled for Sunday - to the 30th of December, after a fire destroyed voting materials. Already delayed repeatedly since 2016, the poll is meant to choose a successor to President Joseph Kabila, who is stepping down after 18 years in office. Security forces have killed dozens of people in the past two years - who were demonstrating against Kabila's refusal to step down when his mandate officially expired in December 2016. Led by deputy judge Aubrey Ledwaba, the full bench of the high court ruled that Zuma is NOT entitled to state funding in his legal battle. The Democratic Alliance (DA) filed papers in March this year asking the High Court to set aside a 2006 agreement about legal costs Zuma incurred for his criminal prosecution that the Presidency signed. Today marks 17 days since the Khoi-San six returned to the Union Buildings from Port Elizabeth requesting an audience with President Cyril Ramaphosa. Traffic authorities in Limpopo say north and south-bound traffic is flowing normally on the secton of the N1 between the Kranskop toll gate and Polokwane. About one-thousand-600 vehicles had been recorded at the Kranskop Toll plaza by midday on Saturday. UK Prime Minister, Theresa May says MPs need to back her Brexit deal despite EU leaders ruling out any renegotiation. This after, 650 members of the UK parliament were supposed to vote on the deal May struck with EU members on how exactly the UK should leave the EU. Meanwhile, Former Prime Minister Tony Blair says the EU would help the UK remain, if it was prepared to think again. Blair further added that EU leaders "realise it's a profound mistake for Europe to pull the British economy out of Europe's single market".
