Conway Real Estate now consists of over 100 agents and had $140 million in revenue in 2017. Mike tells us that he went from practically homeless to running a successful business and how he was able to do this. He has created a brokerage that he calls a family.

Dennis believes that investing in client relationships is the key to success in real estate. Also having a plan to reach out to your sphere is important for building a referral business.
