The Whispering Woods : True Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

In 1836, a cache of tiny coffins was discovered in a cave on Arthur’s Seat — each one carved, dressed, and buried like a miniature funeral. Were they witchcraft, mourning dolls, or something darker: a ritual burial for those denied their graves? And across the city lies another chamber carved in secret: a stone labyrinth beneath a suburban street, whose purpose no one has ever truly explained.

During the chaos of the Second World War, strange forces haunted the skies and not all of them were human. From sabotage in mid-air to creepy figures on the wings, these are the encounters with gremlins: the inhuman entities pilots feared more than enemy fire.

This is this week's main episode and not an extra.

In 1850, a respected minister’s home in Stratford, Connecticut became the centre of one of America’s most violent and well-documented poltergeist cases, marked by moving objects, disembodied voices, and attacks on a child. Witnessed by hundreds and reported nationwide, the case remains unresolved.
