After a couple solo episodes, I’m back with a guest today! And this conversation is a GOOD one! 👏
Today I’m chatting with Tiffany Cagwin, a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and Board Certified Holistic Health coach. After her own healing journey of reversing multiple autoimmune disorders, she discovered a deep calling to help people discover vibrant health through her private health consulting practice. She has over 20 years experience as a leader in wellness, executive coaching, and entrepreneurship.
Tiffany has an incredible story. In addition to hearing her story, we talk about reclaiming our intuition, letting go of a dogmatic approach to health, the emotions and false narratives that often inform our approach to healing, and so much more.
You’re going to love this one! 🎧

We are jumping into a juicy topic today! It’s something that everyone struggles with, but few people get down to the underlying issues causing it. Our topic today is all about fatigue—what causes chronic fatigue, what you can do to have better energy, what issues go hand-in-hand with fatigue, and how YOU can gain more energy. Sounds awesome, right!?
So if you are someone who, like me, had to plan your schedule around how much energy you have or don’t have, feel like you don’t have enough energy to even get through the day, or just want to understand why you feel tired all the time, this episode is for you! The goal of this episode is not to bury you with health jargon, but to give you knowledge you can implicate right away. Let’s dive in!
P.S. Curious if you struggle with chronic fatigue? Here’s a free quiz!

I love bringing you experts to help me bring different topics and information to you, but in this episode I’ll be going solo to teach you about something I firmly believe in: Sleep.
Did you know that everything in your health flows out of sleep? So, yes, it’s pretty darn important.
In today’s episode, I want to give you a roadmap for how you can reclaim your sleep, as there are so many people out there struggling with some form of roadblock to a good night’s sleep (and I have been right there with you!).
If you are ready to transform your sleep, listen in!

My friends, I’ve got a great episode for you today, especially for all my entrepreneurs out there! For many of us in the holistic health industry, we’ve had to build our businesses from the ground-up. That means struggling to build an audience and wearing all the “hats” from marketing to accounting to working with clients. It can be such a challenge to get your business out there and do what you are passionate about: helping people.
My guest today is a specialist in teaching holistic nutritionists and health coaches how to build a profitable online practice (get this: without just relying on social media). Andrea Nordling is a lifelong entrepreneur, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), a business coach, and so much more! In this episode, she is diving deep into some of the secrets to getting a thriving business off the ground.
Heads up: This episode is a bit longer than normal, and every minute of it is SO good. I loved Andrea’s energy, excitement, and expertise about this topic, and I know you will too!

We tend to think aging has to come along with our bodies breaking down; we gain weight easier, have a lower libido, experience poor sleep, and have mood swings. But what if you didn’t have to accept this fate? What if there was something you could do to live the second half of your life with vibrance, energy, and grace?
That’s exactly what my guest, Leslie Bumpas, did. When she hit menopause, Leslie decided she didn’t want to accept all the typical symptoms that come along with it. So she started researching! Today, at 66 years old, she uses nutrient-dense foods and supplements to feel just as energetic as she did in her 20s! Incredible, right?
Leslie works as a Functional Medicine Nutritionist and an expert in Women’s Wellness. It’s her passion to work with women and help them age well with grace and strength.
This was SUCH a good conversation, and I’m eager to share it with you today!

I’ve got a question for you: when faced with a family health crisis, would you do everything in your power, including walking away from your career, to find a solution for your loved one’s ailment?
Well, my guest today did just that! Through many obstacles, Cynthia Winning (founder and CEO of Vynedic, Inc., a biotech company specializing in Amino Acid Metabolic Technology) helped create one of the most profound and groundbreaking wellness products currently on the market. And the story behind the lengths she went so that her sister could reclaim a normal life is truly inspiring!
From product creation to development, you’ll hear about Amino Acid technology, the sister who inspired it all, and how to advocate for yourself in the midst of your health journey. Happy listening!

It’s time for another solo episode and today I am talking about a hot topic I get questions about ALL the time. This is something I know people are thinking about (especially as we enter into the summer months), and that is the metabolism!
Many people think they have an understanding of how their metabolism works, but I have my doubts that the majority of people really know what it does for their body. So in today’s episode, we are going to talk about what your metabolism is and what it isn’t, how you could be killing your own metabolism with various diet fads, and how you can start to support your metabolism to serve you better.
It’s an honor to provide resources like this for you! Thank you for listening!

Welcome back to the Wholly Well podcast! I am so excited to dive into the topic of health and fitness today… but first, set down your preconceived notions for this topic. If you’ve been following the podcast for a while, you know how much I dislike the fitness fad diets that are totally unrealistic. So today, we are going to look at the topic of health and fitness as it incorporates into our normal everyday life in an obtainable way! If you’ve ever wanted to invest in your health, but didn’t want to be a 24/7 gym rat to do it, this is the episode for you.
Here to help me dig into this topic is Dr. Anthony Balduzzi. Dr. Balduzzi is a health and weight loss expert and the founder of The Fit Father Project and The Fit Mother Project. After watching his own Dad struggle with his health and tragically pass away at 42 years young, Dr. Balduzzi dedicated his life to studying health, nutrition, and exercise so that he could help other busy dads & moms get and stay healthy for their families. Dr. Balduzzi holds degrees in Nutrition & Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and is a former national champion bodybuilder.
I am so excited to have Dr. Balduzzi with me on the show. Listen in as we dive into how fitness fits into your normal life, why your mindset is your greatest ally, and all things working out for moms, dads, and anyone desiring to incorporate fitness into a busy routine!

Four years ago, Kelsey and Josh Jack came to a conviction that sounded early at the time: construction and wellness were converging, and the next wave in health would not come from a supplement, a…
The Wholly Well Podcast is where that conviction lives. Hosted by Kelsey Jack, FNTP, founder and CEO of Wholly Well Built, the show brings together the two worlds she and Josh Jack have spent their careers in. Kelsey spent a decade as a functional nutritional therapy practitioner working the questions that don't resolve on a lab panel: why the fatigue doesn't lift, why hormones stay stubborn, why sleep breaks, why someone can fix their food, their supplements, and their stress and still wake up feeling wrong. Somewhere in those years she ran into a variable her field wasn't accounting for. The water clients bathed in. The air in the bedroom where they spent a third of their lives. The lighting that kept their bodies convinced it was noon at nine at night. The wiring behind the headboard. The mold behind the drywall no test was going to find. Josh, meanwhile, had spent twenty years in commercial construction, starting in the field at fifteen, and continuing to build. Wholly Well Built exists because they stopped treating the body and the building as separate disciplines, and this podcast is the ongoing conversation about what happens when you solve them together.
With The Built Environment Series, the show expands to include the people deciding what gets built and how: architects, engineers, developers, physicians, designers, and mold and indoor air experts, alongside the functional health practitioners who have been part of this show since the beginning. Every conversation comes back to the six things a building gets right or wrong, and that almost no one is talking about: air, water, light, materials, electrical, and spatial flow.
These are conversations shaping the future of construction, wellness, and real estate, from two people who saw it coming and are building it now.
Fifty episodes of functional health remain in the catalog. The next chapter starts here.
The next frontier of health is the room you are standing in.
