Hello, friends! Today we’re nearing the close of our entrepreneur series with a conversation I’m excited to share with my guest, Colin Stuckert, Founder of Wild Foods Co and The Better Human Co, as well as the host of the Better Human Podcast. I read so much of his work, so having the opportunity to talk with him was really fun!
Colin believes in freedom and sovereignty for every human. He believes in the individual. He is an entrepreneur, podcaster, writer, and fiercely independent thinker focused on finding truth and challenging the broken status quo.
Today, Colin and I talk about living a life on purpose, how to think on our own, why we have to get our mental game under control, his current entrepreneurial endeavors to create decentralized, self-sustaining communities, and so much more. Can’t wait for you to listen!

Another Wholly Well episode is here in our entrepreneur series, and my guest, Emily Rawls, is a special one for me to share with you! Emily and I met a LONG time ago at a The Shins concert. After both attending Baylor University (Go Bears!) and moving back to the same town, we reconnected through church and Beautycounter.
Emily is a 35-year-old momma to 3 littles, wife to a woodworker + craftsman, and an advocate for safer beauty. She’s also a woman who exudes intentionality, and I know you’re going to leave this episode better for it.
Today Emily and I talk about overcoming stereotypes in the entrepreneur world, leaning into your season, the impact of motherhood on business, and so much more! Whether you’re a mom or not, I believe you’ll walk away from this episode with practices that will help you thrive in your current season. I hope you enjoy!

Today we are continuing our Entrepreneurship series here on the podcast, and featuring one of my favorite humans! Kelsie Zarko is a dear friend. I like to say that Kelsie brings peace and clarity wherever she goes, and that’s particularly because of her natural ability to develop simple routines and healthy rhythms. I think you’ll love how practical she is as well.
Kelsie was a second grade teacher who started an online business five years ago, which quickly grew to six-figure sales each year. She is a homeschool mom of 2 who lives with her husband, Matt, in Dallas, TX. She ALSO is a Partner at a Content Marketing Agency called Austin Savage & Co., where she primarily focuses on helping entrepreneurs and businesses thrive on social media. (Seriously, she does it all!)
I really appreciate this quote from her on her website: “I believe there’s magic in showing up for your life because I saw what happened when I showed up for mine.” Yes!
Today, we talk about why you don’t have to be an expert to make healthy decisions for your life, how community and entrepreneurship are so connected, practical ways to develop healthy rhythms in your life, why you need to be flexible with your systems, the importance of letting things go to find balance, how she manages life as a mom and an entrepreneur, and so much more. I loved this conversation and I know you will too!

We are in for a huge treat on this episode, friends. Erin Kerry, a certified integrative nutrition health coach and survivor of mental illness, joins me to talk all things mental health.
As a survivor of bipolar disorder, Erin has been medication-free for 6 years and counting, after addressing the root triggers that caused her so much mental instability early in her life. Because of this, she believes everything in our body is connected, and that a whole body approach is key to managing our health. Erin runs a nutrition coaching business, Sparking Wholeness, and lives in Tyler, TX with her three children and husband who is a pastor/counselor.
As you can see, Erin and I share similar perspectives on whole body health! Today we talk about five mental health myths, the contribution genes and our environment make to our bodies, and how to advocate for yourself on your health journey. I know you’re going to be encouraged by this conversation!

Friends, I am so excited about my guest on the Wholly Well Podcast this week! Danielle Hively is a fellow Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner that I’ve been fortunate to connect with via Instagram. She has a powerful story and, as you’ll soon find out, a gift for inspiring others with hope and healing.
Danielle had struggled with digestive issues for years, culminating in a hospitalized episode after an overseas trip. After an Ulcerative Colitis diagnosis, heart issues, and more, she started to look for answers herself. Following several months of extensive research, she stumbled upon the Nutritional Therapy Association and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and enrolled in both. Functional medicine has helped her walk her own health journey with parasites, mold, and detoxing. Today, she helps other women with health issues find balance and freedom while creating lasting relief by addressing root causes.
In this episode, we dive into the difference between drainage and detoxing, the great parasite buzzword, and some practical habits we can incorporate to support our body through all of this. This conversation was a perfect mix of educational and inspiring, and I know you’re going to love it!

Four years ago, Kelsey and Josh Jack came to a conviction that sounded early at the time: construction and wellness were converging, and the next wave in health would not come from a supplement, a…
The Wholly Well Podcast is where that conviction lives. Hosted by Kelsey Jack, FNTP, founder and CEO of Wholly Well Built, the show brings together the two worlds she and Josh Jack have spent their careers in. Kelsey spent a decade as a functional nutritional therapy practitioner working the questions that don't resolve on a lab panel: why the fatigue doesn't lift, why hormones stay stubborn, why sleep breaks, why someone can fix their food, their supplements, and their stress and still wake up feeling wrong. Somewhere in those years she ran into a variable her field wasn't accounting for. The water clients bathed in. The air in the bedroom where they spent a third of their lives. The lighting that kept their bodies convinced it was noon at nine at night. The wiring behind the headboard. The mold behind the drywall no test was going to find. Josh, meanwhile, had spent twenty years in commercial construction, starting in the field at fifteen, and continuing to build. Wholly Well Built exists because they stopped treating the body and the building as separate disciplines, and this podcast is the ongoing conversation about what happens when you solve them together.
With The Built Environment Series, the show expands to include the people deciding what gets built and how: architects, engineers, developers, physicians, designers, and mold and indoor air experts, alongside the functional health practitioners who have been part of this show since the beginning. Every conversation comes back to the six things a building gets right or wrong, and that almost no one is talking about: air, water, light, materials, electrical, and spatial flow.
These are conversations shaping the future of construction, wellness, and real estate, from two people who saw it coming and are building it now.
Fifty episodes of functional health remain in the catalog. The next chapter starts here.
The next frontier of health is the room you are standing in.
