Alanna Blundo is a Melbourne-based yoga teacher and blogger plus aspiring life coach, author and speaker. Alanna combines both of her passions of writing and yoga through her business online and offline.
Offline, Alanna teaches both private and group yoga classes. Online, Alanna runs a blog where she talks weekly about her experiences with anxiety and depression, and how yoga, mindfulness and meditation helped her to move past this. She is also in the process of writing a book.
Alanna is passionate about making a difference to the lives of people who are going through what she did by sharing her story in any way that she can to let others know that they can also overcome whatever it is that they need too.

If you’re in a bad situation, know that it can turn around. It’s not going to happen in one day. Never doubt in your mind that you can’t overcome your problems because you can. And when you do, you will surprise yourself. Sometimes bad things have to happen so that we become who we’re really meant to be.
