Jade is a private executive Chef and foraging class instructor. On this episode, Jade talks about supporting the National Team as their Chef for Team Canada Luge Team. He has also been involved with 1Campfire and other film projects to help introduce people to wild food. Jade was also a former Contestant in Season 1 of Chef Vs Wild - Hulu / Disney+
