In this episode the Wildrunners are joined by Jay and Mandy as we chat about our most recent event. As a team of 4 we took on the Run Sandringham 24 hour event and we did this as a team relay. We went with a goal in mind to run 120 miles in total (30 miles each) listen to see if we hit our target. We also want to thank Aaron from Good Running Events for setting up an amazing race weekend and he certainly went above and beyond to ensure the event went well. We will most certainly be back again next year to try and beat this years total.

Wendy is a prime example of age is just a number, she has absolutely smashed her season so far and has been rewarded with her hard work smashing her training that she gets sent by Team Grit. She has recently just won her age group in the spartan race uk regional series and bagged a 2nd place in Hyrox. Wendy also gives back to ocr where she can often be found volunteering at events.
