If you’re like me, you’re really good at remembering every awful thought, every negative act, every selfish move you’ve ever made. And I’m really good at taking those negatives and creating a false narrative about myself from them. BUT! Today’s Pep Talk episode dives into the flip side of this, thanks to a thought from Adam Grant on the most recent episode of the Armchair Expert Podcast (Ep. 163).
What if we also remembered every selfless, thoughtful, kind impact we ever made? Our confidence would surely be stronger and our sense of value would be much more balanced. Take a listen and let me know what you think! Are you better at remembering the negatives or the positives?
