Ladysmith coach Chase Gudis joins us on the show for a preview of D3 Sectional A! With St. Croix Falls gone that means there for sure will be a new team representing the sectional at Team State this year, and there's a lot of talent coming back from last year that will make it a challenge for teams looking to past their super-regional! We take a look at top returners from last year, which features a couple of wrestlers with more than one state title to their name, make our first ever super-regional predictions, and even get a chance to to hear from Chase on how he has been building his program up at Ladysmith.

Marshfield coach Cody See joins us on the show for our first sectional preview of the year! We preview D1 Sectional A, which is one of the more shaken up sectionals due to division changes and geographic realignment. First we look at Regional 1, which contains a mix of the Eau Claire teams and teams from the Coulee region, including Team-State Runner Up Holmen and newcomers to D1, West Salem/Bangor. Then we check out Regional 2, which adds Team State qualifier Marshfield to the mix of a group of already tough teams. At the end we make our first set of Team Sectional predictions!

First, Teague is joined by AWA coach Mateah Roehl who discusses her experiences as a young coach including the difference in learning as a wrestler and as a coach, and how her coaching journey has been shaped by others so far.  Teague and Steve then converse for 4-Time State Qualifying coach Jim Hauerwas who was a head coach at Whitnall and Oak Creek for a combined 32 years, and of course there's plenty of good stories to be had!

On today's episode we're joined by Ken Mocco and Brian O'Toole, the parents of Missouri Tiger wrestlers Peyton Mocco and Keegan O'Toole to talk about their experience as wrestling parents. Arrowhead coach Randy Ferrell also makes an appearance on the show and does a great job leading us through Ken Brian's journey with their kids, touching upon aspects of parenting that they did well, and more importantly what they would like to have improved on. It was great to have these two on the show to talk about their experiences and what would they would change in hindsight. This show is a must-listen for any former, current, or future wrestling parent!

U17 Freestyle World Champion Koy Hopke joins us on the show to discuss his summer so far! He talks about his experience at the Panam tournament and how that helped him prepare for the World tournament in Rome. After breaking down his championship performance at Worlds, we follow up with Koy on his recruiting experience so far and also get some insight on how he manages being a multi-sport athlete while excelling so highly in one of them.  As is tradition, Steve ends the show with some Koy Hopke trivia!

Gabby Lord-Klein joins us on the show to talk about the girls' side of Fargo! Gabby first tells us what a day in the life at the Fargodome is like and how each day feels like a whole new experience. We then jump into talking how the girls teams fared at Fargo, from the All-Americans, to those who fought on the consolation in what  is  a long and grueling, to finally the big takeaways that the team took from their experience at Fargo.
