Somerset coach Ali Peterson joins Teague and Steve to preview Division 2 Sectional A. It is our first podcast with four regionals to preview so it's a big one! We start off in regional A with what is going to be a great battle between three loaded teams in Amery, Baldwin-Woodville, and St. Croix Central in regional 1. We then move to regional 2 where Steve makes his dark horse regional champ pick for the year, discuss the rise of the Neillsville/Greenwood program in regional 3, and have a good discussion on what looks to be another battle for the regional title between Ellsworth and Mel-Min/GET. Ali also gets a chance to discuss his program and the extra work his wrestlers put in to prepare for this year, and gives an excellent shoutout at the end of the podcast as well!

Teague and Steve are joined by Appleton North coach Scott Clough to discuss D1 Sectional B! We discuss what looks like will be a great regional battle taking place in Shawano, who could compete against a Kaukauna team who graduated half of its starters from last year in the Hortonville regional, and of course give our team sectional predictions. Scott also talks about his coaching career and philosophies, Steve throws some trivia at Teague (albeit unsuccessfully), and we just have an all-around great time.

4-Time State champion and 3rd place finisher at D1 Nationals Keegan O'Toole joins us on the show! Keegan tells us about his wrestling career leading up to high school, and at what point he set the goal to win a state title every year of his high school career. Keegan does a great job giving us a runthrough of his high school career, from his most memorable (for better or worse) tournaments to his decision-making process when choosing what college to wrestle for. We also talk about the college wrestling experience so far, hit Keegan with some speed trivia and also questions from coaches, and Steve ends the show with Keegan O' Toole trivia for Teague, and Teague disappoints to say the least.
