In this BONUS episode of The WISDOM podcast, I am sharing what I wrote earlier this summer; written after my own meditation practice and time in nature.  However at the time, I put this writing aside.

Even the name 'A Time of Revolution' did not feel as though it was yet ready to be 'birthed' into the world - until now.

This time in all of our lives, is one in which we are being called to mobilize ourselves to positive action.  This revolution is one of peaceful action, joy, the discovery of human connection when we all help one another, and as we have faith in this plan for a better life.

TRUTH SERUM:  This revolution is one of kindness; of certainty to our sacred calling as what we choose to do in our lives; to share our talents, to be unwavering in our cause; to be determined in our choices, to live in freedom, to make the best choices that will honour our human spirit and will set in motion what we are grateful of.  

This life and what we are being shown is wonderful.  When we can get past what feels uncomfortable, we can remind our self of the inherent beauty in what we may appreciate, and in what we choose. 

A-HA MOMENTS:  The revelation is first within.  It begins as an 'aha moment' - an awakening  - a settling into what our needs yearn for.  The revelation is to listen to our heart overflowing in joy, in anticipation, in excitement, in the promise of all things and in the peace that finds us whole and of our inner right.

PRACTICAL WISDOM:  There is no more war when we all live in peace; when we learn how to work together, to collaborate, to make concessions, to compromise, to be kind and respectful, to find the best possible solution as leaders of a city, a country; and as we come together in anticipation of our wonder and light.

You have this knowledge; this ability deep within you; this eternal wisdom that rises up to honour what you have chosen; what you receive, what you offer, and what you choose to love.

The wonder of love; your wonder - your light resides within you.  It is also a choice, a sacred and conscious choice that you make each day to live of this light; to shine brightly of this, or to live shrouded in darkness; darkness that has no power except over you - keeping your light well hidden, holding you back from your greatness.

TRUTH SERUM:  I wrote this episode as a spiritual teaching. It is true to form regardless of what spiritual and religious beliefs you hold.  It is to help you find your right path and to live in abundance.

A-HA MOMENTS:  All of us are now navigating a very different life. What welcomes you to what you have always wanted is your consistent desire of it; and of the clarity that helps invite you towards what you seek and what begins a path into self-acknowledgement; that is, you begin to witness the other possibilities for your life that were not before considered.

PRACTICAL WISDOM:  How do you hold presence for your life? What makes your life this incredible outpouring that renders what you witness as remarkable?  

All of us are beautifully connected even if we do not always see it as so. Our lives and the interactions that bring new experiences, guidance, help and wisdom are also the most perfect examples of how you treat one another and how you live yourself.

These are the words spoken to offer you a clean slate; to remind you that for anything that you have ever said or done, for whatever has happened, for anything that you continue to blame yourself for – that you are forgiven.

What if this were possible?

Would it change how you feel about yourself?

Would you be able to let go of; to shed some or perhaps all of what has caused you to feel guilty, alone, sad, sorrowful; remorse or regret?

Can complete forgiveness directed towards yourself for every unkind or hurtful word or action, for every envious, angry, critical thought that you’ve held; be a positive step – or even the solution to break free of what holds you back?

I recently tried this experience for myself as an experiment to witness what rises up immediately to the notion that I am forgiven; that complete forgiveness is possible. It is entirely feasible and in fact it is a long awaited secret to healing yourself and feeling whole.

This is what we all intrinsically seek. We all want to feel whole and this is why we go in search of it; whether consciously or subconsciously.

In this episode, you use the power of the mind and the heart to experience love towards parts (and all) of your body and to witness your body in its ideal state, functioning optimally.

This is an extraordinary way to improve your body image as you hold gratitude and love; and as you awaken the power of manifesting and metamorphosis, and great healing.

To truly love your body as it is begins the journey into wholeness. 

This meditation on how to love and appreciate your body comes at a time when we all may seek greater presence in the witnessing of our perfect nature as we are; through eyes of eternal gratitude rather than judgment and criticism.  

Even as you may seek to improve upon aspects of yourself, the secret is to appreciate and witness the perfection of your body as it is now.

'BODY LOVE' NOW is a meditative tool to illuminate appreciation and care of all that your body does to support and nourish you in each moment.  It is a powerful practice for facilitating inner healing and recovery and as you may hold personal goals of well being and optimal health.

Experience it for yourself. Let this be a practice that supports and nourishes you deeply; for the rest of your life.

There are going to be things that happen to us in childhood that are irrevocably damaging; and not because we are in any way deserving of this and so it becomes the question, “How will I examine this in such a way that I can rise up? ...that I can somehow overcome and prevail and allow this to strengthen me further, incite me with knowledge – allow me to be empowered not only because of it but because I choose so.”

In this episode of the WISDOM podcast, I dive into the practice of presence; of what it means to experience it; of how to 'hold' presence to what is in front of you; how to become a witness to everything unfolding in the absence of judgment; and to examine presence from the perspective of your nonphysical self. 

TRUTH SERUM:  Presence is your witnessing of what 'is', in this moment; in both your external environment and the infinite space of what you are as you look within.

A-HA MOMENTS:  To hold presence is to become a oneness with everything.

PRACTICAL WISDOM:  Develop a practice of presence as you take stock in what is important right now; and as you allow everything else to be – to be right here for you when you are ready to return to it. Then slowly everything gives away as you focus on the presence of this moment.

Right now and for whenever you may be listening, self-care is more important than ever. We need to know the tangible ways in which to nurture and care for our self and to know that this is an integral part of what sustains optimal mind, body, and spiritual health.

You, I, we all... have had moments where our body and mind begins to shut down, whether because of an emotional overload, or because of physical exhaustion.... yet have we done anything to circumvent this by our deliberate action; and because we have been able to sense a need and then to give that need to our self?

When you shut down, you may look to your well practiced vices for giving you a boost; for allowing you to numb out or escape or push past what is healthy, to continue working hard; but ultimately, and the most successful and high achieving performers in all genres of life; know this; you excel when you live in balance and self-care and the nourishment that comes with the actions of self-love.

You can be performing at a high level, but still live in balance; because of care, of attending to what the body and mind and the nonphysical spirit need in order to be in harmony; and to be one.

Perhaps it was the latent effects of summer as I was scripting this episode that reminded of the playful nature of our lives that is always within our reach.  In this episode of The WISDOM podcast, I invite you to revisit what simple pleasures you may curate in life's daily experiences that will allow you to witness joy; to revel in its beautiful presence; calling you by name; ushering in the gentle reminder that love and joy are your eternal birthright.

Here we dive into just how joy may be witnessed in far more moments of your life; how you may easily go in search of it to fill you with wonder and appreciation, and to remind you of the importance of joy experienced often.

In this episode, I'd like to remind you of how simple it is to witness joy; to be joyful, to change your state of being so that you can witness life through the eyes of your childlike wonder; reminding you of what simple measures it is to witness and curate moments of joy in your life, and in the lives of others.

This is a story of gratitude. This is my story. I hope that in sharing it with you it inspires you to see the world through eyes of hope, love; and with forgiveness and acceptance of what is, and of course gratitude for the many blessings that life offers you as you choose to forgo the labels of right or wrong; good or bad and to instead consider each experience as important and of meaning. This will help you to find deeper significance and meaning in it this way.

This part is the story is the part of acceptance; of allowing for what has already happened; without blame and finger pointing; without the need to have answers, but instead to seek to understand from a perspective of what choices you now have as you comprehend what is most important now.

I chose to hold gratitude for what I had control over; that is what I would be able to do from that moment forward. I chose to heal completely; to have gratitude for my life and for being here; and for choosing to experience what my life is now; as important and meaningful. I chose to learn from this experience; to decide what I was being shown to look at and change; to be the best version of myself possible.

My life has forever changed since this story; everything has been for the better; to remind myself that the life I lived up until that moment was no longer the same life. When we focus only on what is in front of us, we can lose sight of what we are still manifesting and we become distracted and discouraged.

As I took each step forward, there were many opportunities to be grateful. Gratitude reminds us of what good we can pay attention to that we might otherwise take for granted. Without gratitude there can be a tendency to wallow, to disapprove, to be a victim. This does not help your capacity for what is most wanted.

I share two client stories as we begin this episode; in order to discuss reliance and self-responsibility; to no longer give away our power to those who are truly not responsible for it and to make new choices that will honour our integrity and authenticity over greed, ego, and a fragile and fear-based model that has up to now dictated to us what we should do.

TRUTH SERUM: There will continue to be uncertainty. You must become certain about what you want and how you wish to live your life. 

A-HA MOMENTS: This time is a time of freedom – freedom from what has held you hostage from yourself. What you will choose to be a new set of practices and beliefs that you will hold; will allow you to rebirth yourself into something more, something better.

PRACTICAL WISDOM: You need this time to awaken; to set in motion this new stage of your life. You already have everything that you need for this.
