Okay, there's no denying that ECW on Sci-Fi got off to a rocky start, but things have to get better from here, right?

...that's the title match you've booked? Really, WWE? You're killing us here.

It's time to get into the meat of the season, and it turns out Alan needn't have worried about Ronan liking it. What fresh hell is this? Time to dive in to some tepid tepid action!

It's the final stop before the true beginning of WWECW, and you know what, it's not half bad! Does that bode well for the future of the ECW brand? Well, hindsight being what it is, absolutely not.

December 29, 2023 EXTRA SPECIAL BONUS EPISODE - The Stupid Sexy Podcast, "My Sister My Sitter"
Send us Fan Mail
Hope you're all having a good Christmas!

As a little treat for the weird in-between days, here's Ronan guesting on Alan's other podcast, "The Stupid Sexy Podcast" (think TWTW but for the bad years of The Simpsons), which he hosts alongside previous TWTW guest Heather Anderson. In this episode, they take a deep dive into a much-maligned episode from the golden years of The Simpsons.

Happy New Year, and we'll see you for more TWTW next week!

We're just a few days away from One Night Stand 2006, but first there's got to be this slightly weird TV special! Lots of ECW chanting ahead, although sadly it's more from the wrestlers than the fans. Plus a Big Show swerve on the horizon!

Season Two proper gets underway with the very first WWE-produced ECW show. Does it hold up? Is WWECW peaking right at the very start? Why doesn't Triple H want to work Tuesdays? So many questions!

It's time for Season Two! In preparation for their deep dive into the horrors of WWECW, Alan and Ronan take a look at the original ECW, and try to figure out what made it so special. Was it the hardcore action, the risky storylines, the rampant misogyny? So many possibilities!

Check out The Stupid Sexy Podcast at https://linktr.ee/stupidsexypod , and Heather is @badtweetgirl on all the social media you can think of!

September 21, 2023 BONUS EPISODE #2 - Ric Flair's Final Matches (2008, 2011 & 2022) (feat. William Thompson!)
Send us Fan Mail
The bonus episode series continues with TWTW's very first guest co-host, as comedian, podcaster and fan of the show William Thompson sits in with Alan and Ronan. Their unenviable task is to chart the decline of Ric Flair's in-ring ability through three matches that all seemed at one time to be his last (surely the third one is, right?). Not only that, we get the first TWTW reference to Heidenreich! This one has it all.

William has just announced his first ever UK tour! Check out the details here: https://linktr.ee/Williamthompsoncomedy
