Many of us are used to a mind full of clutter. Scatter-brained, distracted, constantly dealing with subconscious stress… but we stay plugged in to this crazy fast-paced world, because we’ve become so accustomed to the noise that the silence (or anxieties) of a quiet, undistracted mind becomes too much for us to handle. Removing the chaos leaves a void that we may not know how to fill, and the things that naturally enter in to fill that void are not always very pleasant.
