Worthiness Warriors! Happy Thursday! Hello, and thank you for joining me today. Hello from the Columbia River in Washington. It is finally warm and sunny, so I am LOVING that. I’m so grateful that you’re here with me this week. Time is the most precious commodity, and I’m so thankful you’ve given me your time.
Today I want to talk about worthiness and my health journey. In the past year, I have spent more money on my health than I ever have. Late last fall, I started feeling really bad. I had a terrible energy level, my mental health was declining quickly, and I didn’t know what was wrong. After seeing many doctors, having terrible experiences, and continuing to have to advocate for myself, I couldn’t take it anymore. It was expensive both monetarily and energetically, but I got to a point when I realized that I couldn’t afford not to take care of myself.
I suddenly started taking a look at my life, and the ways in which I wasn’t taking care of myself because it costs money. This isn’t about a gym membership or feeding into the health and beauty industry.
