The New York Yankees dropped the finale of the three-game set to the Miami Marlins on Wednesday night, 5-2, but there were still good signs from the offense. Anthony Volpe was placed into the leadoff spot while Gleyber Torres was moved down to sixth. Will this be a permanent thing or is it only because Gleyber was struggling in the series (0-12 with 3Ks). Only time will tell, but Volpe did some things that should make some of the more skeptical Yankee fans root for him to stay at the top of the order. Plus, Stacey and Brian take a look around the league. Jackson Holliday made his debut for the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday night. Holliday, the son of former Yankee Matt Holliday, was the number one overall draft pick in 2022 and was hitting .333 with two home runs and nine RBIs when he was called up.
