This episode is about how important it is to be a mentor to the next generations. We have to remember that we were them once upon a time so we need to listen. This is something that translates to every conversation we have where there is such a difference in listening and responding relevantly. We have to hear where someone is coming from before we can tell them where they should go. We also discuss sincerity in our actions and how being sincere allows us to reach people in a way that impacts them for the rest of their life. We must give respect to get respect.
