Esmond Baring is a Transformational Coach based in Bali.  Esmond has had a very interesting, successful and turbulent life that has taken him in a number of directions.  More recently it introduced him to the teachings of Sidney Banks; the Three Principles.

I have had the pleasure of only a couple of conversations with Esmond but on each of those occasions we’ve both felt a deep connection and a feeling that we’ve known each other forever.  In this episode we have fun exploring the way human beings get caught up in the ideas they created in the first place.
