This weeks episode is a little Different, The Mayor and his friend Therese Potter talk about the new business process and give a little sneak peak into what the team over at APP has been working on. Therese Potter is the operations and training coordinator over at Agency Performance Partners but also has over a decade of experience managing multi location agencies and has a lot of value to add to this conversation.  They break down the process and then do a role play scenerio that is both fun, and educational and the Mayor wouldnt let me edit out the blooper in there , it is quite funny.
