We explore comparing of physical symptoms of Panic Attacks Vs Anxiety and also a simplistic side by side view of feelings related to depression versus Anxiety.
This week is pretty packed so we may need to re-visit some of the areas again to flesh things out further. Let us how if you'd like to hear more around Anxiety. Perhaps a longer episode or discussions / interviews with others talking about their experiences of facing this challenging disorder.

Perfect & Perfectionism is something that has both positive & negative aspects in our everyday lives. We all have elements of this in our thoughts and feelings, often driving us to push beyond what would normally be acceptable or expected....however we must ground these ideals as they can and will feed our other darker areas of mental health, such as overthinking, anxiety & depression.
