We then got into the newest shoes on the block the Stone Island X New Balance, the Nike Chicago Dunk Split, the Nocta Glide and the Travis Scott Jordan 1 Golf Olive.

We then conclude our conversation with a discussion about some recent creative direction appointments within the fashion space. Namely Kyrie Irving being named as Chief Creative Officer at ANTA Sports and Future being named Creative Director of Lavin.

Today we do a bit of dive into nostalgia and discuss our favourite and least favourite sports from secondary school.

We then get into some of the most recent releases like the Jay Tips Saucony, A-Cold-Wall TN’s and the super limited Spike Lee Air Jordan 1 Cement Low.

The footwear space as we know it is ever evolving and the past year has seen us exit that pandemic attitude we had towards shoes and more towards a state of ‘normal’ the main point of this is to find out where our heads are at as a prelude to the half year review for the releases so far this year.

Hi guys! Welcome to this week's episode of TheStockroom as we delve into the latest sneaker news; including activation's happening across Soho such as the Hartcopy x FootPatrol book launch which saw the release of the Hartcopy Journal Version 2 with a limited raffle for the Hartcopy Clark's collaboration. We also discussed the Aries and Clarks event which saw the launch of two pairs of collaboration shoes as well as complimentary clothing.

Puma have also been having events such as the LaMelo Ball basketball event in London as part of their european tour, allowing people to immerse themselves in Puma Hoops and the experience that comes with. Puma also hosted an event with Who's Who for their inaugural book launch which was really well put together and saw the two entities take over the END clothing store in Soho.

We then discussed Drakes new Nocta silhouette believed to be named the ‘Glide’ and measured it against his previous Nocta release the Hot Step and the previous OVO Nike collaborations.

We then round off by looking at Amine's New Balance 610 'The Mooz' which is set to release later this summer and what the future of New Balance collaborations looks like.

The suit highlights that shareholders had warned Adidas long before the brand had decided to part ways with Kanye. Now that they are at risk of losing a reporter figure of $1.29 billion dollars it seems the shareholders have had enough.

Our main topic of discussion comes after further information about Tom Sachs allegation has come to light. We did hear about it initially a few months ago but chose not to speak on it till more information was presented to us. It’s come out that he has been quite disrespectful to his colleagues especially women, and the workplace environment he has created has been referred to as “toxic”.

We discuss the future of Tom Sachs as a Nike collaborator and whether the brand should continue its relationship with him in light of this.

And lastly, we get into the leak of the Crenshaw Skate Club x Nike SB Dunks, which were leaked by Master Chefian. SB came to the comments to ask why he has them, especially because it seems the release was still pending. In one hand it’s great to see these pairs in advance, in the other it’s tough for collaborators and Nike SB because it ruins the element of surprise.
