  • Stop TX Abortion Law, Expand Supreme Court (What Now America)

The Only Lasting Way to Save Roe Vs Wade.  The host for this show is Tim Apicella.  The guests are Jay Fidell and Winston Welch.

Now that the new Texas anti abortion law is current law, thanks to zero action from the US Supreme Court to weigh in and stop it, the question is what will be done to halt a law that requires women to carry to term a pregnancy due to rape or incest, or define it as illegal to perform an abortion after six weeks. Ideas to initiate new federal legislation,  have the US Justice Department block the Texas law, or obtain a lower US Federal Court ruling may sound good, but may only serve as a temporary means to delay this horrific law for Texas women.

  • To Grid or Micro-Grid, that is the Question (Stan The Energy Man)

There is Such a Thing as Getting Too Big.  The host for this show is Stan Osserman.  The guest is Dan Gowin.

Can you imagine a world without electricity? If you live in Louisiana right now, it may not be hard to imagine.  Most people think it would take a major natural disaster to black out huge swaths of the USA.  There are some nasty folks who beg to differ, and are chomping at the bit to show off. Recent cyber attacks give us a hint of our vulnerability, but a study of Clausewitz or Sun Tzu might get you taking things more seriously.  Clausewitz, a nineteenth century Prussian general calls things like electric grids, "Centers of gravity", today we call them "primary targets" in a major conflict. How do we protect our electric center of gravity?
