Coach Susan has a wealth of experience with 45 years at multiple stops including nine as the head coach of Bucknell. This is his second stop going into year five at Rutgers and 14 years overall there.

In this segment, he talks about "This Beautiful Profession" sharing what he's learned along the way that he believes makes a successful coach.
