Talking about mental health can be powerful in supporting those who are struggling. By opening up and sharing our experiences or concerns, we create a space for others to do the same. This can help remove the social barriers to accessing mental health support. Simply checking up on someone can make a real difference and help those struggling to feel less alone and more supported.
