David Cobb was a television producer before becoming sick and dying. In his near-death experience, David would be taken nightly to visit Native Americans who would infuse him with wisdom and humanity's path to survival.

Each night, he would be given a chapter of a book to write. During this experience, he would be given a new name by the Ancients. Now, it is his duty to share the lessons for humanity that he learned during his NDE.
