You know, as a farmer I know for a fact that you can take good seed and you can preserve it in an airtight, controlled environment for years and years and years and it will not die - but it will not produce anything either.

I want to speak to you this morning about the unsung heroes - Yes, the silent workers who are bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a fallen world. If we think of Lois, now be honest with me...

Some say that He was a good man. Others even go so far as to say that He was a miracle-worker - But who do we say that Jesus is? Have you noticed that when you refer to Him as God, everyone is happy because that title is not offensive to anyone?

It doesn’t matter if we are flying in a supersonic jet the angels are with us. It doesn’t matter if we are in the dirtiest, most terrible situation and dangerous place - God sends them to protect us.

What season are you going through, at the moment, in your life? Could it be old age, or maybe you are just busy leaving university and you are facing that big world - Quite overwhelming, isn’t it?

Clarity of the window of your heart comes through living a holy life. Remember, the definition of holiness is quite simply - the end product of obedience. When you start becoming an obedient person, you automatically become a holy person. Remember the Lord said, without holiness, no man will even see God.

You and I need to be very careful this week that we are not doing so many good works that we are forgetting the Lord of the works. We need to be so careful.

We really need to watch what we say - there is tremendous power in the spoken word! It can break down a person and it can also build up a person. If you have got nothing good to say about someone, then rather don’t say anything at all.
