Hey Podsters, let's talk about letting go of what is no longer serving you. Beliefs, habits, stories, and even people. When you let go of one thing, you are making room for another. Creating space to do what’s best for you. Engineering the life you want.
In fact, holding on to what is not in your best interest is oftentimes the root cause for you feeling stuck, stagnant, or that awful feeling that you are settling for average. And remember, we don’t do average.
Often time we hold on to what is no longer serving us because of the risk of letting go. What’s worse? The risk of staying the same and living with regret? Or the risk of letting go so you can do the thing?
YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU.
Habits and beliefs feel familiar, like we're in control, but are we really? If we are letting these beliefs, habits, thoughts, or people hold us back – we are not controlling anything.
Today’s call to action is to simply be aware. Be aware of when your thoughts are limiting your future. Aware when you are with someone who is draining your energy. This awareness will eventually bring change. The change you know you need. The change you know you want. And the change you know will bring you closer to what’s waiting for you on the other side of your fear.
