Kayakalp simply means to transform your physical, mental & spiritual health into higher dimensions of energy. Lit an oil lamp and stand on a yellow asan.

The mantra can only be chanted while standing.

The Kayakalp sadhna is of 11 days and a sadhak must chant 108 malas in 11 days.

After completion of mantra, One can energize a glass of water by chanting 11 malas of this mantra & can give it to any patient suffering from acute diseases.

Kayakalp mantra can also remove any deformity in your physical appearance like squint eyes.
