My youngest guest's to date, Revivaly are Ben, Josh and Lewis from Cleethorpes/Grimsby, Josh has just finished his GCSE's to give you an indication of their age's but they are a proper band, no doubt about it!

They've shared stages with Reverand & The Makers and The Lathums, playing some of the biggest festivals including most recently, Kendal Calling.

We touched on all this plus loads more and then the band picked their heroes.

Be sure to check the band out afterwards, they have two singles already released with loads more to come, Revivalry are ones to watch!

Check them out below

Another band from the North East of England, that scene is certainly thriving!

I spoke to Alfie and Alex and we touched on the scene as well as both the writing process and recording process and they still found time to pick their heroes too!

Check the band out on all their links below and be sure to check out their latest release Lights/She Turns Away which came out last friday!

Apologies, I know it's been a while, I've been soooo busy!

You may be aware (I've mentioned on the pod a few times now) that I manage a band, The High Flats, well we've been mega busy organising and promoting their headline show at King Tuts, Glasgow last Thursday (04.07.24) It was a class night, with some class bands and the boys will be coming on the podcast very soon to introduce themselves, I guarantee you'll love them!

So, I have been recording episode's but hadn't found time to get them out and with me nipping off on my holidays soon I thought I should get these recordings out to you so between now (Sunday 07.07.24) and Wednesday (10.07.24) I'm releasing an episode a day, a quadruple of podcasting gold for yer ears to get in about!

Here goes!

Brian Grogan is an Irish Singer-Songwriter based in London, he's came through the same open mic scene that brought up Ed Sheeran and Passenger and he's here to tell us all about his career as well as his battle with vocal nodules, and when he wasn't talking about that he was dropping WORLD EXCLUSIVES!!!

And when he wasn't doing that he was choosing heroes!

Hope you all enjoy, check out Brian's links below:
