Trying to get a grip on time is pretty much like trying to take a huge breath and suck all the air out of the sky—it’s just not happening. Time goes on forever, but we don’t. I spent most of my life trying to squeeze everything into my schedule, and what did I get? I felt a lot of stress, but my time management was a waste of time. Instead, I did this: I flipped the script and started focusing on space instead. 

Slowing down, making room for myself, and doing things with a sense of openness have changed my game. And funny enough, it’s actually made me get more stuff done in the long run. Part of your masculine energy presence is to hold space, and you can't hold space by managing time. If you want more masculine energy, learn to hold space instead of time management.  

If you're looking for productivity tips, learning to do this will increase your productivity more than any time management tool. This concept has had more impact on self-improvement and, at the same time, helped me live with integrity.
