This episode was designed to create clarity and give out my personal process around how I overcome and decide where my direction is.
I'll be the first to admit the process takes long, I get tired, confused, doubt myself and take step backs. Although, everything changed when I removed the things that were distracting me and it forged a path of clarity without the constant distractions or meaningless actions that keep me from moving in the best direction possible for my overall wellness. We are constantly shown shiny objects and advertising has us chasing things that dont create any real value. Hopefully this episode helps you take back your power and guides you to clarity on where your direction should really be. (Whatever that may be.)
