So often many of travel home, or have friends that travel home for the summer. The summer flex is something we have participated in or witnessed first hand. In this episode we recap some of our most epic summer flexes, and give our two cents about the current flex climate and give our advice for all of those participating in the summer flex this year.

Self care comes in many different forms and fashions, in this episode we discuss some of the methods that we use individually in order to look after ourselves. Self Care is subjective and differs from person to person but some of the integral principles remain the same.
