Based on the feedback on the “Exploring the Mental Health” we decided to delve deeper into some our struggles. Discussing mental health is one thing but to be fully transparent we went out an active role in seeking help and this is a conversation where we share our experiences with you. Therapy is something that is so taboo so we discuss that, and how that process impacted us both positively and some of the negative takeaways we had.

 For so long the discussion of mental health has become a taboo subject in our pseudo-African culture. Discussing feelings is something that has always happened behind closed doors. In this episode, we aim to break down that stigma and bring this discussion to the forefront.
