On Today's show, I want to talk about how to stay healthy. It is important to stay healthy throughout the entire year. When we don’t feel well we get stressed and anxious. When we get sick we tend to reflect back and wonder what we could have done to have prevented the illness. Along with the physical symptoms of an illness, we can experience emotional symptoms. Seasonal Affective Disorder, “SAD”, is an emotional illness that can bring us down. Join me as I give some tips and tricks on how to stay well both physically and emotionally this year.
