April 12, 2023 #018: Return of the Technodrome (S02E13 1987)
TMNT Shellcast returns to breakdown the season 2 episode 13 finale from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, titled "Return of the Technodrome." In the episode, Krang attempts to conquer the planet by bringing the Technodrome back to Earth and threatening to destroy New York City with an earthquake unless the inhabitants leave within 24 hours. The Turtles, with the help of Splinter and April, stop Krang's plan by infiltrating the Technodrome and altering its seismic polarities, causing it to sink into the Earth's core.

Jon closes out season 2 with earth (mushroom) pizza (00:02:32) and narrowly avoids becoming the first back-to-back Twitter Poll (01:49:04) loser. Instead, Andrew spins the Pizza Time! wheel and is dealt anchovy (01:53:02). April 05, 2023 #017: The Catwoman from Channel Six (S02E12 1987)
TMNT Shellcast pounces into review of “The Catwoman from Channel Six” from season 2 episode 12 of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In the episode, Shredder experiments with Krang's Matter Transporter and accidentally sends Bebop and Rocksteady to the turtles’ sewer lair. April finds the transporter, accidentally activates it, and is trans-mutated into a cat. The turtles eventually rescue her and destroy the transporter, and April returns to her human form.
Chris hosts the encore to last week’s Turtle Tech marathon, featuring the first publication of a matter transmitter (00:16:04) and the invention of the electric dog collar (01:55:49). TMNT Shellcast brings to life its recap of "New York's Shiniest" from season 2 episode 10 of the original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles television series. In this episode, Shredder plots to steal a robotic police officer prototype to attack the Ninja Turtles. April is robbed, and when the Turtles come to her aid, they meet REX-1, the robotic police officer, whom April inadvertently activates. After a series of events, the Turtles use REX-1 to stop Shredder's army of robots and save the day.
Jon, the self-proclaimed "Great Bambino", scores meatball as the highest Pizza Time! topping to date (00:01:34). TMNT Shellcast keeps chugging along with its review of "Splinter No More" from season 2 episode 9 of the original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles television series. In this episode, Donatello temporarily transforms Splinter back into Hamato Yoshi before he foils Shredder's attempt to open a Dimension X portal by using a magic spell.

TMNT Shellcast hops headfirst into “Invasion of the Punk Frogs” from season 2 episode 8 of the original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles television series.
