Tobin & Leroy continue the topic that their producer Vlad brought up that head coach Mike McDaniel should fight Lions head coach Dan Campbell to end the soft narrative of the Miami Dolphins. They also talk about school opening and the start of stressing with kids getting picked up by the school bus.

In hour Tua, Tobin & Leroy discuss the Dolphins vs Bears pre-season game. The attitude of the team stood out to them following the joint practices where it was reported that the Bears were a bit dirty and were punking the Fins. Leroy thinks that the philosophy especially with the running game can change the soft label. Someone suggests that Mike McDaniel should fight Detr0oit Lions head coach Dan Campbell and win lose or draw he can show that the Fins aren't soft. He may get hurt really bad but he would earn the respect from his team and the league. We end the hour with Leroy giving out his game ball and game bums from this past weekend on sports with a twist of Tobin who gives out a game bum for school bus drivers.

In the first hour of the show, Tobin & Leroy recap what they did this past weekend which was watch NFL preseason football. The Mimi Dolphins and Chicago Bears preseason game ended in a 23-23 tie. A lot of positives and negatives in this game. Rookie RB Ollie Gordon impressed in his preseason debut while rookie backup QB Quinn Ewers. The guys go over what went on in the first pre-season weekend of the NFL, Shedeur Sanders shining in his Brown debut, Jaxon Dart throwing darts in for the Giants and pre-season Joe Montana former Miami Dolphins QB Skylar Thompson putting up HOF numbers vs Travis Hunter and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Miami Marlins have hit a stumble losing four out of 5 to the Atlanta Braves this weekend. They head to Cleveland for a three game series.

It’s a crisp Friday on the show as WQAM officially hits the FM dial at 104.3! The crew reacts to the Marlins blowing another late lead to the Braves and digs into bullpen frustrations, while Anthony Richardson’s rough preseason debut kicks off NFL chatter. Hour Tua dives into how the FM news led to school drop-off stories, Shedeur Sanders getting the start for the Browns, and Tobin catching goosies over the upcoming Canelo vs. Crawford fight. We also attempt (and fail) to tickle Leroy’s fancy on preseason hype. In Hour 3, Tobin breaks the bizarre news of Tyreek Hill’s “Oobleck injury” despite his bowling outing, plus reactions from Tua, Joe Burrow, and Cam Ward as preseason ramps up. A scuffle at Dolphins-Bears joint practice leads to chaos, and some wild football voices make a cameo. Hour 4 sees more Marlins woes, Tobin begging for a new first baseman, and panic over poor Dolphins practice reports — to the point where Tobin threatens to label Week 1 vs. the Colts a “don’t lose” game. We close out with our favorite Friday segment, Damage is Done, featuring Julien Hill buzz, JFig’s beef with the new station setup, Leroy’s continued preseason apathy, and Brittney sneaking in some F1 talk.

Tobin quibbles a bit about the Marlins giving up a 4 run lead, Leroy begs the question on whether or not we have now set the expectations too high. Tobin is begging for a new first baseman! We do a training camp update, as the Dolphins are in the midst of a joint practice with the Bears ahead of their preseason matchup against them on Sunday. Lets just say the reports have NOT been good and Tobin is not doing great, and is even threatening to call the week one game versus the Colts a don’t lose… this does not bode over well with Leroy!

Then we wrap up the show with nothing other than our favorite Friday segment of Damage is Done, Tobin by Julien Hill news coming out of practice, Leroy is OVER preseason, JFig has beef with the new station changes, and Brittney can’t help herself and brings up F1!

Tobin breaks the news that Mike McDaniel says Tyreek Hill is dealing with an Oobleck injury, yet he took some of the guys bowling yesterday, Leory has some questions. We hear from Tua on the back up QBs, Joe Burrow on how he felt about the Bengals first person game last night, and Cam Ward on playing in his first preseason game! Tobin tried to get Leroy excited about the FIBA play happening this week, but once again Leroy doesn’t seem to want his fancy tickled much this Friday. Reports come out from training camp that a scuffle occurred between the Bears and Dolphins in their joint practice, and we dip our hand into the mixed bag to round out the hour. With an appearance from two of the most ridiculous voices in football, Leroy compares a certain NFL coach to Mike McDaniel.

To start Hour Tua we give a little glimpse into the lead up to the news of the station going FM, and it somehow turns into the guys trading drop off and pick up from school stories.

We then quickly switch gears back to the NFL preseason, and the slated games for today, and the gang's thoughts on Shedeur Sanders getting the start tonight for the Browns. Tobin gets goosies as he looks forward to the Canelo versus Terrance Crowford fight. Then we wrap up the hour with trying to tickle Leroy's fancy, but fail miserably, as Tobin can not convince him to buy into the NFL preseason.

We kick off the show with the long-standing feud: Leroy vs. Technology, now at a crushing 0-90 after Leroy once again can’t log into his computer. The Marlins rally to take the game last night over the Astros and head to Atlanta for a big five-game stretch. Meanwhile, the Stanley Cup makes a stop in Finland with our resident South Florida Polar Bear, Niko Mikola, and Tobin imagines a hilarious scenario where Finnish hockey players are running the government. We also take a quick peek at tonight’s NFL preseason action.

In Hour Tua, we look ahead to the Dolphins' joint practices with the Bears. Much to Leroy’s frustration, Tobin dives into the depth chart, noting Darren Waller listed as the starting tight end and raising concerns about Cam Smith’s low placement among the cornerbacks. Then, Reggie Bush’s mysterious beef with Mike McDaniel sparks discussion, before we wrap the hour with more of Leroy’s Aaron Rodgers slander and Joe Flacco embracing being “old but healthy.”

Things get heated in Hour 3 as a toast debate breaks out—Leroy and Brittney team up to argue it’s not strictly a breakfast food, while Tobin stands alone with the chat chiming in. Dolphins rookie Patrick Paul shines in camp and lets us know he loves talking smack. With Leroy and JFig off enjoying the high life, Tobin and Brittney hold down the fort and break down Canes camp updates, what to expect from Miami this year, and whether Carson Beck can live up to the hype.
