In this conversation with Dr. Craig Hassed, a master of mindfulness, we look at how being mindful can help us live healthier lives. We talk about his book the ESSENCE of health. Startlingly simple but deeply powerful, this manual for a healthier, happier, and calmer life shows that wellness—not illness—is the essence of managing health. We discuss Craig’s seven pillars for well-being and focus on mindfulness and meditation as the cornerstone to any healthy lifestyle.
