Today I watched Benefit of the Doubt directed by Jonathan Heap and starring Donald Sutherland, Amy Irving, and Rider Strong. I give it 3/5 staircases. I spoil the ending in this episode, so beware!

Today I watched The Night Listener directed by Patrick Stettner and starring  Robin Williams, Toni Collette, and Rory Culkin. I give it 3/5 radios. I was expecting more of a horror film based on the title and cover, but it turns out to be more of a mystery/thriller.

Today I watched Survivor: Caramoan Episode 4. I give it 4/5 Filipino Gollums. There is a severe lack of puzzles so far this season, I hope that changes very soon. Spoiler (kind of) I forgot to mention in the podcast, I thought it was hilarious that everyone is now part of Stealth R Us except for Andrea.

Today I watched Going Berserk directed by David Steinberg and starring John Candy, Joe Flaherty, and Eugene Levy. I give it 3/5 cigarettes. This might be the most ridiculous movie I have ever seen. Tons of spoilers in this episode since I don’t think it’s a must watch, but if you do watch it you should have an idea of the insanity you’re in for.

Today we (Logan Shillinglaw IV and I) watched Mister Lonely directed by Harmony Korine and starring Diego Luna, Samantha Morton, and Denis Lavant.

Today I watched the Amazing Race 22 Episode 3. I give it 4/5 kiwi eggs. Important lesson that I forgot to mention in this episode: if you are cast for the Amazing Race learn to drive manual before you get out there.

Today I watched Survivor: Cook Islands (season 13). I five it 5/5 coconuts tossed into the jungle. So far this is my favorite season of Survivor. The only seasons I haven’t watched yet are 4-6, and 12 but I don’t think any of those will be as entertaining for me as this one.

Today I watched Trading Places directed by John Landis and starring Eddie Murphy, Dan Aykroyd, Ralph Bellamy and Jamie Lee Curtis. I give it 5/5 dollar bills.

Today I watched Moog directed by Hans Fjellestad. I give it 5/5 Theramin performance majors. If you like music, check it out!

Today I watched Argo directed by Ben Affleck and starring Ben Affleck,  Bryan Cranston, John Goodman, and Alan Arkin. I give it 5/5 forged Canadian passports. This is easily my favorite movie of 2012, and at the moment it’s my favorite movie of all time. Go see it. In this review I also talk a bit about the blu-ray special features which are excellent.

I realize the film has many historical inaccuracies which it has received criticism for, when I talk about it being very close to what happened I mean in the sense of capturing the house guests and Tony’s experience and mindset as conveyed in their interviews.
