Today’s Happy Hour Special ☕️ The BEST Espresso Martini Mocktail

 Recipe: Entirely Elizabeth

 Ingredients:

-       4 ounces cold brew concentrate

-       2 ounces heavy whipping cream

-       2 ounces simple syrup

-       1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

-       1 pinch of salt

-       1 tablespoon cocoa powder

-       2 coffee beans

-       Ice

Instructions: Add cold brew concentrate, heavy whipping cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract and salt to a cocktail mixer and shake with ice. Coat the rim of a glass with simple syrup and cocoa powder. Pour coffee mixture into the glass. Garnish with coffee beans on top.
