This episode hits home. Today's Best was started because of the pandemic.. and now, well, here we are. Getting "back to normal". As exciting as it is, there's a common theme of underlying fear and anxiety over losing progress made - consistency in the gym, eating better, losing weight, etc. Tune in to this week's episode to restore faith in yourself and your ability to maintain any progress you may have made in the last year.

Pack your bags- you'll be ready to make the move after listening to this one. I am so glad I was able to be joined by Jill for this episode- she opened up about her personal life in a way that will touch many. Overall, this hour became filled with so much more than just moving tips.

On this episode I'm joined by Umass Nursing friend Kayla Murphy as she bravely shares her story of sexual assault from a past boyfriend. As you will hear in the intro, I caution a trigger warning as this episode does cover all degrees of sexual assault - involving Kayla's real account of her own experience. As hard as some of this may be to listen to, Kayla and I believe this topic is incredibly important to talk about and we hope you will join us in starting more conversations.
This week I am more than delighted to introduce you all to Cob. He bravely tells the story of his recent near death experience and how he has taken his recovery head on with impeccable strength and positivity.
