In the most coveted time slot of the year, CBS took a risk and released its new action-drama starring Queen Latifah. The Equalizer has come in many forms and flavors. Edward Woodward was shrewd, Denzel was tough, and Latifah has been given the opportunity to make this vigilante her own. Have no doubt, this is a procedural adaptation that may not appeal to everyone (according to IMDB), but there are plenty of things to discuss in the pilot, and that's what we do in this episode. If you are interested in family dramas with a classic moral fudge center, then this is the show for you. Don't jump in expecting to be surprised or fully engrossed in the missions he's sent out on. This show is bonkers. It's not a normal comedy, it is written to make you uncomfortable. The main characters are self absorbed, pathological liars, and hard to root for. Yet, the story itself is very engrossing, very darkly comedic, and you should binge it before listening to our review! 

Just a wholesome show centered around a man and his dog. Soon, this Canadian series may gain international hype as it is procured by other networks and aired to audiences in other countries. This episode deals with a murder of a boy living in a society cut off from the modern world. With the help of Rex, Hudson must traverse the forests and survive the slippery pebbles for an hour that is corny, ridiculous, but not a terrible watch. Tune in for our full review!
