A mix of Dirty Deeds, Scream, and Battle Royale, this teen drama (based on the YA book with the same name) is the latest show to pit recently graduated High Schoolers against each other as they risk their lives in a competition for $50,000. Our main character, Heather, is the last contestant to join Panic, but she has nothing to lose and seems determined to win. Check out what we thought of Episode 1. We break down the tropes, the characters, the background to the show... Everything you could possibly want!

If you don't know about Scott Ryan's Australian award winning dark comedy/drama about a hitman balancing his work life with his family, then you might want to check it out before listening to Today's Episode. That said, we do talk about the background to the show, as well as delve into the plot of the first two episodes of this final season. What will happen to Ray Shoesmith as he fights bad guys, navigates prison politics, and tries to mend his relationship with his daughter? How does this compare to other shows with antihero leads? And why does Scott Ryan hate Joseph Gordon-Levitt? Tune in to find out!

Dan and Kevin are just two friends going about their everyday lives without a worry in the world. Just kidding. Showtimes spin on Atlanta is based on a web series created by Kevin Iso and Dan Perlman.  It follows the two struggling 20-somethings as they deal with the rougher sides of Brooklyn with no money, and the weight of depression looming high. It's a comedy, though! And it's only 30 minutes per episode. So before listening to our review, check it out if you're interested. Thanks and hope you like the two episodes in one day.

On Today's Episode, we discuss the first chapter of Master of None season three, Master of None Presents: Moments in Love.
Aziz Ansari and Lena Waithe co-wrote this five part season. It follows the relationship Denise and Alicia through several life changing events while living in upstate NY. We talk over the reviews, our general impressions, the changes compared to previous seasons and speculation on the future of the show. Enjoy!

If the showrunners are willing to rewatch the first two episodes of their stop motion animated Marvel villain series, so are we. So instead of just the Pilot, on Today's Episode we review both, Ep. 1: "If This Be... M.O.D.O.K.!" and Ep: 2 "The M.O.D.O.K. That Time Forgot". Tune in to hear what we think of Hulu dipping into the Stan Lee catalogue. At the very least, we knew going in this series was going to be something peculiar!

Episode 1 of Amazon Prime's Solos is engaging and condensed enough to overlook some of the plot holes and pretend science that might otherwise come across grating. Anne Hathaway plays Leah, a woman hellbent on creating a time machine. Her plans go somewhat awry, but the adventure is compelling and we break it down in Today's Episode! Hope you enjoy.

"Two Proposals, a Homecoming and a Bear," stands as the finale to the third season of ABC's top rated comedy, The Conners. On Today's Episode, we discuss how Dan (John Goodman) and his family resolve a seasons worth of drama; from relationships, to the pandemic, to the return of some fan favorite characters.  Since season 4 has already been confirmed, we don't have to speculate as to the future of the show, but we have some fun looking back at some of the corniest plots from the shows predecessor.

The two part finale of the second season of Martin Freeman's FX comedy-family drama just aired on Monday. Coming into the show blind, we consider the plot, the characters, the development and production. Paul isn't the typical "nice guy" Freeman has become famous for, but I think that's on purpose. Hope you enjoy our review!

After shopping the script around for the better part of the last decade, showrunner Kristen Dunphy was given the green light to create her Psychological Mystery/Musical Drama/Non-Linear Comedy miniseries about mental illness patients and hospital staff. Circumnavigating the brush fires and the pandemic was not easy, but the show is a critical success and there is A LOT to discuss in Today's Episode. Join us as we break down the 5th installment this ensemble adventure. Hope you enjoy!

Tune in as we discuss the latest 8 episodes of this (mostly animated) anthology series.
