Casey Scott and Dr. Matt Woolley are joined by Todd Smith opens up about how having an alcoholic father pushed him away from substances until he started attending the University of Utah, getting kicked out of college because of his escalating substance abuse, and how partying on the weekends led to a full blown addiction.

Then Todd talks about his addiction began to take over his personal life, getting busted trafficking over 200 pounds of marijuana across the country, and being unable to quit his addiction even after being arrested for trafficking. 

Lastly, Todd shares how his addiction pushed him to the point of attempting suicide and surrendering himself to a life of recovery.
