We’ve made it all the way to Tokyo and whilst the jet lag is kicking in we’re here to recap Day 1 along with Trackastic Podcast host and Atheltico royalty Chris Brown Sport. 

Golds from fan fave Evan Dunfee and a resurgent Ryan Crouser had us cheering, whilst Beatrice Chebet’s dominant kick finish outpaced all of her rivals as usual.

Mixed bag from the Brits with heartbreak for our Jaz but the sprinters all made it through safely with finals to come this evening 🤞🏾
