There's no shortage of breweries.  It's just a fact.  The thing about almost all of them is that they're the exact same.  Waldmann, not so much.  160 year old name, 160 year old building, old European feel.  You either like loud warehouses or you like cozy houses.  If you're the latter, you'll appreciate Waldmann Brewery.
