Tom talks about competing in his first pro show against Gary Strydom and Mike Ashley in the 1987 IFBB Night of the Champions, his experience of competing in his first Mr. Olympia contest in 1989 and performing one of the most memorable posing routines in the sport. Tom also talks about competing in the 1991 Mr. Olympia with Lee Haney and Dorian Yates and the life lessons he learned from competing as a bodybuilder.
