Gorgeous but chilly morning. Talked about JJ Green’s Space Colony One again and pondered some potential issues with the Cat while talking about games that seem to just get more difficult for the sake of being more difficult.

A decent night’s sleep and an early enough start had me walking in the dreary morning. Talked about J J Green’s Space Colony One series. I’m still reading it. It’s growing on me.

I remembered to put the beans on.

Got going a little later than I wanted today. A bit manic. Talked reading, writing, and what I hope is a seismic mind shift.

Mostly quiet morning stroll around the neighborhood, admiring the changes since my last walk and talking about reading (Ugland, The Good Guys), writing, and the lilacs coming into bloom.

Chilly morning with a lot of flowering trees, some blue sky, and the odd commentary on Ugland’s Good Guys series and the status of The Cat.

The grass is greening. Trees budding out. Flowers beginning to show.

I talked about reading Eric Ugland’s series, The Good Guys, and how it’s sucked me into reading again in only the best way. Along with the usual blather about trees and grass and stuff.

I looked right at the date and time on my phone and said “April 8.” Sometimes I wonder at my ability to do anything since often the simplest things escape me.

Usual blather today. At least it’s a full walk – with a side of bonus picture – this morning.

The recording got chopped up pretty badly after about 14 minutes. I couldn’t figure out why until I settled down and realized that I’d failed to turn on Airplane Mode. My kid was texting me every few minutes. Every time, the recording stopped – probably so I could reply.

Lesson learned.

We’ve had some snowy, wet, and freezing days. I stayed inside where I was dry and mostly warm.

I talked about what I’m reading (Forge of Destiny 2 – Yrsilla) and the budding trees. I may have gotten a little overheated.

I talked a bit about trying to get back to my roots in terms of writing practice. I realized that using words like productive and consistency are probably not the best choice.

I also talked about bread making and the state of the leafage in the neighborhood.

I also might have said it’s April 4. I thought that until I got home and went to save the file. That’s the kind of day I’m having.
