It seems like it’s been a month but it’s only been a couple of weeks.

I talked a lot about what I’m reading and what I’ve read, a bit about what’s kept me from walking. Man, it felt good to get out this morning.

The temps and conditions made the walk possible so I took advantage. Talked about my morning routine, probably too much, and what I’m trying to do with my Practice this year.

Talked about Dax Murry’s Swords and Soil again. I’m kinda on the fence on this one. Also X4, saw some geese as the walk ended. Not a terrible day out there, taken all together.

A mostly formless ramble through an icy fog this morning. And the weather was about the same.

Not the year I wanted but the year I got. Good enough.

I talked about the new word of the year along with all the usual reading and game playing stuff.

I took a couple of bonus pictures for Instagram this morning.

Finally got my shoes out on the sidewalk again. Talked a lot about reading, my favorite authors of the year, and the Turkey Trials and Tribulations.

Chilly but not terrible. I talked about recent sample reads and X4. Probably too much about what failed on yesterday’s talk.
