Tonetta Carlisle was a bubbly 15 year old who loved school, choir practice and Bobby Brown. Tonetta stood at 5’1 and weighed less than 100 pounds when she was abducted in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On March 16, 1989 at 3 pm Tonetta was making the 1 mile walk from her school to home, when several subjects in a tan and yellow van forced her inside. A couple had seen this event, wrote down the plate number and called police. You will never believe how they found the person who owned that tan and yellow van with plates LKH-920
