A former D1 baseball player from West Virginia, after some unexpected career disappointments, Tony started working for Born Primitive in 2019 as an hourly paid warehouse employee and rose to leadership during the challenges of COVID.  He shares the importance of seizing opportunity, working hard for the right reasons, and the value of curiosity and humility.
